OUR MISSION
We help church leaders plant and grow healthy churches that transform lives and communities wherever they live and serve.
What in the World is God doing?
In this generation Christianity has shifted away from the Western world to the global South and East where the church is rapidly growing. But the form of Christianity spreading throughout much of the world today is unhealthy, and church leaders are not equipped to plant and develop healthy churches that transform lives and their communities.
What Problem Do We Want to Solve?
There are millions of gifted and called church leaders, especially in the non-Western world, who do not have access to the training and tools they need to start and develop churches that have effective ministries of evangelism, discipleship, and mercy. They can’t afford to leave their families and churches to learn in a new language and culture.
What is Our Solution?
In response, we've developed an innovative blend of online and onsite curriculum that provides underserved church leaders access to affordable, practical, seminary-level training and tools in their language and adapted to their culture. Our courses use the latest educational technology and focus not only on developing the church leader's knowledge, but also on the character and practical skills they need to be effective in ministry.
Our Strategy: Kingdom Partnerships
We establish strategic kingdom partnerships with church leader training organizations, such as indigenous denominations, networks, mission agencies, seminaries, and churches, to help them be more effective in training their church leaders to plant and develop healthy churches. This allows us to leverage our ministry to have the greatest possible impact.
To date, we've trained church leaders from more than 300 denominations representing 60 countries in 7 languages. We've launched five major global projects to help educate underserved leaders among the persecuted churches in China, the rural poor in West Africa, the unreached in Japan, the secularized in Europe, and the urban poor in North America.

Our Beliefs
We believe in the gospel
We believe in the good news revealed in the Bible about who God is and what God does to redeem and restore fallen humanity and the world to flourish again according to his original design in creation.
The good news for the world is that the Father’s creation, ruined by the fall of humanity, has been redeemed by his Son and is being restored by his Spirit into the kingdom of God on earth forever.
The good news for humanity is that the Father so loved us that he gave his only Son to redeem us, and he promises all who believe in his Son forgiveness of sins and the gift of his Spirit, to restore us to himself and give us fullness of life now and forever.
We believe in the historic Christian faith
We affirm the truths about the gospel found in the ancient creeds of the Christian faith, such as the Apostles’ Creed and the Nicene Creed, affirmed by most Protestant denominations and traditions. Therefore, we affirm the five solas of the Protestant Reformation (Sola Scripture, Sola Fide, Sola Gratia, Sola Christus, Sola Gloria) and the historic protestant confessions.
The beliefs listed below represent the essential beliefs that most evangelical denominations and traditions affirm in common with our beliefs.
The Bible
We believe the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, to be the inspired Word of God, without error in the original writings, the complete revelation of his will for the salvation of humanity, and the supreme and final authority in all matters of faith and life.
God
We believe in one living, sovereign and true God, who is infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, coequal in power and glory, having the same attributes and perfections.
Creation
We believe that in the beginning God created the world and all the things in it out of nothing and by his sovereign power and providence he continues to sustain and order His creation to fulfill his divine purposes and manifest his glory.
Mankind
We believe that all people are created in the image of God to have fellowship with him and to glorify him and therefore have great dignity and value. But humanity fell into sin and thereby became spiritually dead, separated from God, under God's condemnation and totally unable to please God or merit salvation.
Salvation
We believe that God has graciously provided a plan of salvation for fallen humanity. In this plan, Jesus Christ has become our representative, taking our sins upon himself, having offered himself as a sacrifice to satisfy divine justice and to reconcile us to God. All who receive the Lord Jesus Christ by faith are born again by the Holy Spirit, justified on the basis of his shed blood, have become children of God, and are indwelt and sealed by the Holy Spirit until the Day of Redemption.
Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ is true God and true man, having been conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross—a sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures. Further, he arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven where, at the right hand of the Majesty on High, he now is our High Priest and Advocate.
The Church
We believe in the one universal church of which Christ is the head. The visible church is the ordinary means of the spread of the gospel and the building up of God's people in Christ. Water baptism and the Lord's Supper are sacraments to be observed by the Church during this present age. They are, however, not to be regarded as means of salvation.
Last Things
We believe in the personal, visible coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, the bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust, the everlasting punishment of the lost in hell, and the everlasting blessedness of the saved in heaven.
