Dear Friend and Partner in the Gospel,

God is graciously expanding the reach of Pathway Learning. As we continue our commitment to equipping underserved church leaders, we see new doors opening, new ministries taking shape, and new opportunities arising—both in the U.S. and around the world.

Expanding Ministries Worldwide

  • China & Taiwan – Four major Reformed seminaries in China’s underground church have agreed to use our new Church Planting Institute (CPI) curriculum, launching this summer. More than half of the Reformed seminaries in China are now planning to integrate Pathway Learning training. We are also launching new church leadership training in Taiwan, a key geopolitical center of influence.

  • Japan – In partnership with Christ Bible Seminary-Japan, City to City-Japan, and the Joy of Japan Center for Church Planting in Nagoya, we continue to train church planters and publish new Japanese-language resources this year.

  • Middle East/Iran – After years of preparation, we are publishing our first Farsi-language book and course this spring, providing global access to much needed church leadership training for persecuted church leaders in Iran.

  • Italy – We are launching and publishing new Italian-language books and courses, expanding training opportunities for European church leaders.

Strengthening the Church in North America

  • Urban Poor (Baltimore) – Partnering with Metro Baltimore Seminary to equip underserved church leaders in Baltimore’s inner city.

  • Rural Churches (Carolinas) – Partnering with the Carolina Network to equip church leaders to plant healthy, rural "micro-politan" churches.

  • Church Planter Residency – A new two-year Pathway Learning church planter residency program is launching at Mitchell Road Church in Greenville, SC.

  • City Lights Church Planting Network (MNA) – Launching a Pathway Learning pilot program to support church planting in Chinese communities across the U.S.

Reaching More Leaders Through Book Publishing

Later this year, we're planning to publish our first Pathway Learning book as an eBook, paperback, and hardcover on Amazon, Apple, Barnes & Noble, etc.—making seminary-level training more accessible to underserved church leaders worldwide. Our first published book will be "Renewing Your Hope with the Lord’s Prayer: Faith, Hope, and Love Trilogy, Part 2," co-authored by John Frame and me. Early reviews have been very encouraging:

"Something as wonderful, widely known, and spiritually powerful as the Lord’s Prayer deserves to be treasured, savored, and shared. Drs. Childers and Frame have offered us a work uniquely valuable toward that end. They bring their rare and much-needed combination of biblical, theological, and pastoral depth to this work in such a way that every reader is both enriched spiritually and equipped for ministry." – Rev. Larry Kirk, Pastor Emeritus, Christ Community Church (EFCA), Daytona Beach, Florida; Adjunct Professor of Pastoral Theology, Reformed Theological Seminary

"In Renewing Your Hope with The Lord’s Prayer, Steve Childers and John Frame offer a theologically robust tool to spur all sorts of people in all sorts of contexts toward love and good deeds. Rich in biblical fidelity, historical rootedness, and practical application, this excellent resource will surely benefit Jesus’ church and advance his kingdom." – Rev. Brian Salter, Lead Pastor, Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church (PCA), Lookout Mountain, Tennessee

We are deeply grateful for your prayers and support as God continues to open new doors. Thank you for partnering with us to equip underserved church leaders and advance the gospel worldwide.

For the King!
